摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜首次对 5种卷柏科 (Selaginellaceae)卷柏属 (Selaginella)植物 :SelaginellasemicordataSpring ,S .pallidaSpring ,S .fulcrataSpring,S .kashminianaDixit,S .jacquemontiiSpring的大小孢子进行了详细观察和研究。描述了每个种的大、小孢子的形态特征 ,讨论了种间的差异 。
The megaspores and microspores of five species of Selaginellaceae from Nepal and Pakistan were observed under LM and SEM.The morphological characteristics are described in details. The spore morphology of the five species is different from each other. The data contributed to a better understanding between palynology and systematics of Selaginellaceae.
