摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜最早对云南产4种卷柏:毛边卷柏Selaginella chaetoloma Alston、小叶卷柏S.minutifolia Spring、布朗卷柏S.braunii Bak.和赫章卷柏S.hezhangensis P.S.Wang et X.Y.Wang大小孢子进行了观察和描述,结果表明:4种卷柏的孢子均具有复杂的外部纹饰特征,种间差异显著,可作为种间分类重要依据。研究结果是对卷柏科系统分类及孢粉学研究有意义的补充。
The microspores and the megaspores of 4 species of Selaginella,S.chaetoloma,S.hezhangensis,S.minutifolia,S.braunii from Yunnan were observed by SEM(scanning electron microscope).The morphological characteristics of every species were also described in details.The results show that the spore morphology of the 4 species were different from each other obviously,which is useful to classify the species from each other.The results is helpful to the palynology and systematics studies on Selaginellaceae,too.
