摘要
用4 000~500Hz菱形短音(tone pip)作刺激声,记录15名听力正常的健康成人的听觉脑干反应(ABR),直到阈反应。结果:4 000~2 000Hz的tone pip ABR波形与Click记录的ABR波形极为相似,大致可分辨出Ⅰ~Ⅴ波(60dB SL),而1 000~500Hz的反应波形基本上只有一个较大的阳性波峰(相当于Jewett V波)。tone pip ABR的主波潜伏期也随刺激强度减弱而逐渐延长,其中,4 000~2 000Hz的潜伏期-强度函数曲线与Click的非常接近,大致呈平行性变化;而1 000~500Hz的曲线却依次远离Click的曲线而上移,以500Hz为最明显,而且越接近阈值曲线坡度越大。其中tone pip 1000Hz在25 dB声强下阈反应出现率为100%,15 dB时为73%,500 Hz在25 dB时阈反应出现率为67%,15 dB时为53%。
Auditory brainstem responses (ABR) have been recorded using click andtone-pip at 4000, 2000, 1000 and 500Hz stimuli in 15 adults with normalhearing aged between 20 to 41 years. The results indicated that 4000 and2000Hz tone-pip ABRS morphology showed the conventional 5 peaks, probablycorresponding to Ⅰ-Ⅴ wave click evoked peaks were visible in some cases.While the 1000 and 500Hz ABRs only showed one positive wave peak whichhas been identified in response to 1000Hz in 100% of cases at 25 (SL) and in73% of cases at 15dB, for 500Hz in 67% of cases at 25dB and in 53% of thatat 15dB. The function curves of main peak latency-intensity at 4000-2000Hzwere near by click evoked one and showed parallel change almost. While thecurves at 1000-500Hz were far from that one successively and removed upespecially the 500Hz and the greater the slope of that at 500Hz, the nearer bythreshold.
