摘要
目的研究长期服用卡托普利对高血压合并左室肥厚(LVH)及QT间期离散度(QTd)的影响。方法选择89例高血压Ⅱ期患者,给予卡托普利75～150mg/d,治疗18～24月,治疗前后监测血压、心率、心电图及心脏超声。结果用药后收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)显著降低(P<0.01),心率(HR)无明显改变(P>0.05)。左室重量指数(LVMI)、室间隔厚度(IVST)及左室后壁厚度(PWT)明显减少(P<0.05)。QTd显著降低(P<0.01)。结论长期应用卡托普利安全、有效。
Objective To stuoly long-term effects of Captopril on left ventricular hypertrophy and QT dispersion in hypertensive patients.Methods The89patients with hypertension,The given Captopril with dosage of75-150mg /d,for18-24months.Before and after the treatment blood pressure,heart rate,ECG and echocardiography were detected.Results After treatment of Captopril,SBP and DBP decreased significantly(P<0.01),HR had no difference(P>0.05),LVMI,IVST,PWT and QTd decreased significantly.(P<0.05)QTD decreased Significantly(P1).Conclusion The long-term administration of Captopril is safe and effective.
