Modeling and Simulation of Driving System for Hybrid Power of Underground Scraper

摘要 根据混合动力地下铲运机驱动控制策略开发的需求,采用能量宏观表达法(EMR)建立驱动系统模型。模型中引入桥荷变化因素,并建立前后桥耦合关系。通过实验数据分析计算得到模型仿真参数。通过仿真与实验数据对比,表明所建立的驱动系统模型能够反映出地下铲运机的工作特性,验证了模型的准确性,证实该模型可用于驱动系统控制策略的开发验证。 In order to meet the requirements for the development of control strategies of driving system about scraper, Energetic Macroscopic Representation (EMR) was used to establish the driving system model. The model brought in the axle load factors and the coupling relationship between front and rear axle was built. Then, the simulation parameters were obtained from experimental data analysis and calculation. The simulation results showed that, through simulation and the comparison of experimental data, the performance characteristics of underground scraper could be revealed by the established driving system model. And the precision of this model also could be verified. Therefore, the model could be applied for the development verification of control strategies of driving system.
