摘要 为解决独立驱动电动汽车防滑控制造成的动力性下降的问题,选用黏性联轴器作为机电耦合装置。对黏性联轴器转矩传递特性进行试验分析,之后在建立黏性联轴器与整车Simulink模型的基础上,对装有黏性联轴器和未装黏性联轴器的汽车进行动力性和操纵稳定性的仿真对比。结果表明,黏性联轴器不仅提高了独立驱动汽车的动力性和操纵稳定性,并起到辅助防滑的作用。 For solving the problem of power drop caused by anti-slip control for independent drive electric vehicle,viscous coupling is chosen as an electromechanical coupling device.The torque transmission characteristics of viscous coupling is tested and analyzed,and the Simulink models for viscous coupling and vehicle are established,based on which the power performance and handling stability of vehicles with and without viscous coupling are simulated and compared.The results show that viscous coupling can not only improve the power performance and handling and stability of vehicle,but also has auxiliary anti-slip effect.
