河南双河油田弱碱三元复合驱矿场试验效果 被引量:8

摘要 河南双河油田综合含水高达95.2%,采收率高达45.8%,已接近开发极限。为改善高含水、高采出程度油藏开发效果,2010年在双河油田Ⅳ5-11层系开展弱碱三元复合驱油先导性矿场试验。试验表明,弱碱三元复合体系与油层及流体有较好的配伍性,不会造成对地面流程及油层的伤害。实施三元复合驱后,双河油田IV5-11层系综合含水率由97.8%下降到91.6%,产油量由38.8 t/d上升到166.3 t/d,试验区已累计增油23.73×104t。实践证明弱碱三元复合体系可以大幅度提高"双高"油藏采收率。 The comprehensive watercut of Henan Shuanghe Oilfield has reached 95. 2% and its recovery has reached 45. 8%,which are approaching the development limits. In order to improve the development effects of the high-watercut and high-recovery oil reservoir,the weak-base ASP pilot test was carried out in Series IV5-11 of Shuanghe Oilfield layers in 2010. The test shows that the weak-base ASP system has much better compatibility with the oil reservoirs and fluids,and moreover has not caused the damages to the surface flowsheet and the oil reservoirs. After the ASP flooding,the comprehensive watercut of Series IV5-11 is decreased from 97. 8% to 91. 6%and the oil production is increased from 38. 8 t/d to 166. 3 t/d,the accumulated increment of the oil is up to 23. 73× 10^4 t for the experimental area. The practice has proven that the weak-base ASP can greatly improve the recovery factor of "double high"oil reservoirs.
