摘要
用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测27个不同加工程度的籼米中3种金属元素污染物含量。结果表明,稻谷中金属元素呈不均匀分布,且各个部位含量差异较大,其中糙米表面和近表面元素含量较高,近中部和糙米中部含量较低。随着加工程度加大,铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)和铬(Cr)3种污染物的含量逐渐降低,且原子量较大的金属元素下降的趋势更明显。
The contents of 3 kinds of mineral elements in 27 rice samples collected with different processing levels were deter- mined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results showed that the contents of metal elements were different in different parts of paddy, and their contents were higher on the surface than near the core and in the core of rice caryopsis. With the increase of processing degree, the contents of 3 kinds of metal elements, such as Pb,Cd and Cr, decreased gradually, and the decreasing trend of metal elements with more atomic weight was more obvious.
