摘要
食品化学属于交叉学科,涉及到不同学科的知识,又自成体系,是食品科学与工程专业的基础课程。如今,科学技术快速发展,食品科技频现新技术,为了让学生与时俱进,掌握扎实的知识、技能,有必要针对这门课程,开展教学改革,以提升教学质量,激发学生的学习兴趣。本文提出了食品化学教学改革的对策,以期改善以往食品化学课程教学存在的问题,激发学生的积极性和主动性,让学生成为学习的主人,提高教学质量和效果。
Food chemistry is the basic course of food science and engineering specialty,which belongs to the interdisciplinary subject,involves the knowledge of different disciplines and self-contained system. Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,food technology frequently new technology. In order to allow students to advance with the times,master a solid knowledge and skills,it is necessary for this course,to carry out teaching reform to enhance the quality of teaching. This paper puts forward the countermeasures on teaching reform of food chemistry to improve the problems existing in the teaching of food chemistry courses,stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative,make students become the master of learning and improving teaching quality and effect.
