摘要
针对目前高等院校实验教学中存在的问题和现状,采用"转动课堂"教学理念,构建了"三阶段、六环节"的教学模式。通过研究"转动课堂"在水产品开发实验教学中的应用,满足了"因材施教"的需求,提高了学生综合素质,为相关实验教学课程的教学改革和研究工作提供了一定参考。
Aiming at the problems and current status of the university experiment teaching, we built the "three stage and six sectors" teaching mode based on teaching philosophy of turning-classroom. By studying the turning- classroom of experiment teaching mode in aquatic products development, meeting the tailoring teaching need and improving the students' comprehensive quality. This teaching mode will provide certain reference for the relative teaching reform and research.
