摘要
旅游意象作为影响旅游目的地竞争力的决定性因素之一,对增强游客感知、提高识别度、扩大影响力有着极其重要的作用.文章在借鉴"游客凝视"理论的基础上,以游客网络评论为研究样本,运用内容分析法对游客评论中所凝视到的三亚旅游意象进行分析,总结出沙滩、海水、阳光是旅游者感知最为强烈的旅游资源,除本地旅游景区外,邻近市县的著名旅游景区也成为游客涉足的范围,对三亚的情感整体以正面、积极为主.
As one of the decisive factors influencing the competitiveness of tourism destination, tourism image plays an extremely important role in enhancing tourists' perception, improving recognition and expanding influence. The paper selects visitor online comments as research sample based on the theory of tourist gaze,analyzes the tourism image of Sanya staring at the visitor comments by using the content analysis method. The conclusion is the beach, sea water, sunshine are the most popular resources of visitor perception. In addition to the local tourist attractions, the famous tourist attractions of the neighboring cities and counties have also become the scope of tourists involved, and the emotion of visitors to Sanya is positive on the whole.
