摘要
目的探究建立健全护理质控体系在维护护理安全方面的应用价值。方法建立健全完善合理的护理质控体系,对比分析护理质控体系建立前后护理差错发生情况,护理差错主要包括给药缺陷、管路滑脱、跌倒、压疮、器械操作失误及标本采集等方面,并分析质控体系建立前后患者满意度情况。结果质控体系建立之前,患者满意度仅为83%;建立健全护理质控体系后,护理人员安全意识增强,护理差错发生例数降低,护理质量得到有效提高,患者满意度达到了94%。结论建立健全护理质控体系能够有效维护护理安全,降低不良事件发生率,提高护理质量,降低护理风险。
Objective To explore the application value of establishing and perfecting nursing quality control system in the maintenance of nursing safety.Methods During the study,we hope to establish a reasonable nursing quality control system to analysis the nursing erroroccurred after and befor which is including dosing defects,line slip and fall,pressure sores,instrument error and specimen collection,etc.And at the same time,we would analyze the patient satisfaction.Results After the establishment of the nursing quality control system,the nurses＇ safety awareness was significantly enhanced,the number of nursing errors was significantly reduced,and the nursing quality was improved effectively.At the same time,before the quality control system was established,patient satisfaction was only 83% which is significantly lower than the after（94%）.Conclusion Establishing and perfecting nursing quality control system can effectively maintain nursing safety,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve nursing quality and reduce nursing risk.
