摘要
目的探讨全面质量管理(overvall every control and clear,OEC)模式在护理管理中的价值。方法建立全面质量管理模式,并比较OEC管理模式建立前后护理质量变化。结果通过应用OEC管理模式,护理人员的责任感、学习积极性、护理质量、病人满意度明显提高。结论OEC管理模式是一种行之有效的护理管理方法。
Objective To study the value of overall every control and clear（OEC） management model in nursing management. Method The OEC management model was applied in nursing management and the changes in quality of nursing before and after the application of OEC were compared. Results The application of OEC improved nurses＇ sense of responsibility,learning enthusiasm,quality of nursing and patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusion OEC management model was proved to be an effective approach in nursing management.
