仔猪大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究福建省闽北地区某猪场猪大肠杆菌的耐药情况,通过采集32份发生仔猪黄、白痢的粪便,经麦康凯琼脂培养基分离培养,再经普通肉汤纯培养,用镜检方法、PCR扩增方法和生化试验进行鉴定,结果共分离到29株大肠杆菌。生化试验结果表明,分解甘露醇、葡萄糖、乳糖和麦芽糖产酸产气,V-P试验为阴性,M.R.试验呈阳性,硫化氢试验阴性,枸橼酸盐试验阴性,吲哚试验阳性,硝酸盐试验阳性。药敏试验结果显示,分离的大部分菌株对四环素、林可霉素、先锋霉素Ⅳ耐药;大多数菌株对多黏菌素B、复方新诺明和痢特灵高度敏感。该研究为当地猪场临床用药提供参考,为猪大肠杆菌病的预防控制提供理论依据。 In order to study the resistance of pig Escherichia coli in a pig farm in northern of Fujian Province, we collected feces samples of 32 piglets that had yellow and white diarrhea. The Samples were separated and cultivated by MeCain,and cultured by ordi- nary broth. The results showed that 29 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated by microscopic method, PCR amplification method and biochemieal test. The results of biochemical tests showed that they decomposed mannitol, glucose, lactose and maltose, and prnduced acid and gas; VP test was negative; MR test was positive; cyanide sulfide test was negative; citrate test was negative; indole test was positive ; nitrate test was positive. The results of drug allergy testing showed that most strains were resistant to tetracycline, lincomyein. and cephalosporin IV, and were highly sensitive to pnlymyxin B, cotrimoxazole and furazolidone. The results of the study provide a reference for the clinical use in pig farms, and provide the theoretical basis for the prevention and control of porcine cnlibacillosis.
