摘要
目的探讨1M3S管理体系在围术期患者交接中的应用效果。方法运用1M3S管理模式,即从规范管理(M,Management)、提高技能(S,Skills)、改善服务(S,Service)、保障安全(S,Safety)4个方面对围术期患者交接中各个环节进行管理。结果运用1M3S体系管理后手术患者术前准备包括手腕带信息、抗生素、病历资料及手术标记失误率较管理前显著下降(均P<0.01),病房护士对手术室护工的满意度,手术室护工对病房护士的满意度及患者对手术室工作满意度显著高于管理前(均P<0.01)。结论运用1M3S管理体系能提高手术患者术前准备完善率,保障围术期交接的质量和安全,提高病房、手术室护士及患者满意度。
Objective To discuss the effects of 1M3S management system on perioperative patient handovers. Methods We used 1M3S management system in perioperative handover of patients, which included standardizing management, enhancing skills, improving service and ensuring safety. Results The error rates of preoperative preparation including wrist-band patient identification, antibiotics, medical records, and surgical site marking were significantly decreased after implementation of 1M3S management sys- tem (P〈0.01 for all). Ward nursesr satisfaction with operating room nurses, operating room workers; satisfaction with ward nur ses, and patient satisfaction with operating room service were significantly improved after the intervention (P〈0.01 for all). Con- clusion Implementation of 1M3S management system can effectively improve quality of preoperative preparation, ensure quality and safety of perioperative patient handover, and enhance satisfaction of ward nurses, operating room nurses and patients.
