摘要
目的了解黑龙江省手术室患者安全核查现状,为制定管理对策提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对黑龙江省36所医院104名手术室护士进行调查。结果 61.1%~100%的医院核查使用器械与植入物、使用腕带及手术患者安全核查表对患者进行核查;63.9%的医院有专门监管机制对患者安全核查定期检查;92.3%的护士认为应定期对员工进行患者安全核查相关知识的培训。结论黑龙江省医院对手术患者安全核查及手术室护士安全核查相关知识培训情况不乐观;管理者应针对手术患者安全核查的薄弱环节,完善管理机制,保障手术室患者安全。
Objective To investigate status of patient safety verification in Heilongjiang province,and to provide information for developing countermeasures.Methods Totally,104 operating room nurses working in 36 hospitals of Heilongjiang province were investigated by filling out self-designed questionnaire.Results Of 36 hospitals,61.1%-100% of hospitals checked devices and implants,and applied identification wristbands and surgical patient safety checklists;63.9% of hospitals established specific regulatory enforcement mechanisms to implement the process strictly;92.3% nurses thought that the operating-staff should be trained regularly with safety verification-related knowledge.Conclusion The status of patient safety verification and knowledge training are not optimistic in Heilongjiang province;managers should develop countermeasures to control the unsafe procedures and ensure patient safety.
