摘要
开花是高等植物从营养生长向生殖生长转变的过程,该过程受到众多基因的调控,涉及6个开花信号途径。其中,FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)基因是一个非常关键的成花整合因子,该基因也被证实在柑橘中具有促进开花的功能。本文结合近年来国内外有关柑橘FT同源基因的研究,从4个方面进行了综述:柑橘不同属间FT同源基因克隆鉴定情况;柑橘FT同源基因在不同组织及季节的表达分析差异;柑橘FT同源基因在促进开花功能上的研究现状;影响FT基因表达的环境条件。并对今后有待解决的问题及研究方向进行展望。
Flowering is the transition stage from vegetative growth to reproductive growth in higher plants,which is regulated by multiple genes and involves six flowering signal pathways.Among them,FT gene is a key floral integrator and a citrus orthologue FT has been confirmed to promote flowering in citrus. Combined with the latest researches,four aspects are reviewed in this paper: cloning identification of FT gene in different species of citrus; expression analysis of citrus orthologue FT gene in different tissues and seasons; research status on the function of promoting flowering by citrus orthologue FT gene; environmental conditions affecting the expression of citrus orthologue FT gene.Finally,several unsolved problems and research interests are listed for future studies.
