摘要
"互联网+"背景下,如何在专业课堂教学中有效融入信息化技术是课程资源建设的重点。以高职"饮料加工技术"课程资源开发与应用为例,从课程资源建设目标、建设步骤、建设内容和实施效果等方面进行了深入探讨,为高职食品加工类课程教学资源建设提供参考与借鉴。
Under the Internet＋ background, how to effectively integrate information technology into professional classroom teaching is the key point of curriculum resource construction. This paper tood the development and application of Beverage Processing Technology in higher vocational education as an example,the author probed into goal, construction steps, construction content and effect of the curriculum resources construction. The purpose was to provide reference for the construction of teaching resources of higher vocational courses in food processing.
