摘要
就业人口变动与产业发展之间存在着密不可分的联系,从数量、结构和空间等层面探究两者的互动原理发现:在数量方面,一方面,产业发展通过总量作用、直接效应、关联效应、乘数效应等增加就业机会;另一方面,就业人口规模增加为产业发展提供充足的劳动力保障。在结构方面,产业结构升级能够促进就业结构调整与优化;就业结构升级是产业结构优化的重要支撑。在空间方面,产业空间与就业空间同步发生变化,但方向和程度可能存在差异;就业空间变动促使产城融合,催生新产业空间。

Iturns out that in terms of quantity, on the one h a n d, industry development increases employment op-portunities through the total effect, direct effect, correlation effect, and multiplier effect; on the otherhand, employment population scale provides sufficient labor force. In show that tlie upgrading of industrial structure promotes employment structure adjustment and optimiza-tion. In the meantime, upgrading employment structure is an important support to the industrial struc-ture optimization. In terms of space, it is synchronous between industrial spatial evolution and the e m -ployment spatial evolution, but there m ay be different in the direction and degree. At the s a m e time,employment space prompts the fusion between city and industry, and produces n e w industrial space.
