摘要
采用结构偏离度、双变量空间自相关、空间回归等方法,分析了产业与就业耦合度的现状、演变特征和影响因素等。其结论为:在匹配度现状方面:结构匹配度较高,空间匹配度较低。在匹配特征方面:第一产业的匹配度逐年减弱,区际差异逐渐增大;第二、三产业匹配度逐年增强,区际差异逐渐减小;发达地区的匹配度较高,欠发达地区匹配度较低,匹配度的地区间差异较小。在影响因素方面:正因子的贡献率大于负因子;影响力较大的因子主要有市场发育程度、区域开发强度和人力资源等;区域开发强度和生态环境对各年份匹配度均产生作用,且前者起正作用,后者起负作用。
This paper uses the methods of structure deviation degree,bivariable spatial autocorrelation and spatial regression to analyse the status,evolution characteristics and influence factors of industry and employment matching degree.The conclusion is that in the matter of matching degree status,structure matching degree is high,and spatial matching degree is low.In the matter of matching characteristics,firstly matching degree of agriculture weakens year by year,and interregional differences increases gradually.Then matching degree of developed areas is high and matching degree of less developed areas is low.Thirdly interregional differences of matching degree are small.In the matter of influence factors,firstly the contribution of positive factors is greater than negative factors′.Then the impact effect of market development degree,regional development strength and human resources is large.The factors of regional development strength and ecological environment work every year,meanwhile the former works positively and the latter works negatively.
