摘要
本文对猪蹄甲与穿山甲药用成分进行了比较,其紫外吸收光谱相似,还进行了两者临床催乳效果的比较(P>O.05);以及猪蹄甲复方制剂与其单方制剂临床催乳效果的比较(P<0.05)。结果证明猪蹄甲可以代替穿山甲催乳,从而开辟了一个廉价易得的新药源。
The components of both porcine leg nail andsquama manitis were studied, and their ultravioletray absorption spectrum showed a striking similari-ty. The lactogenic effect of porcine leg nail wascompared with that of squama manitis (P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of simple porcine leg nail pre-scription as the galactogogue drug was comparedwith that of its complex prescription (P<0.05).The results showed that porcine leg nail on be usedas a galactogogue drug to substitute squma manitis.
