摘要
目的 :研究白芥子复方的催乳作用。方法 :采用观察哺乳期母鼠泌乳量、仔鼠平均体重以及母鼠乳腺增生的研究方法。结果 :白芥子复方能明显增加母鼠泌乳量、增加仔鼠平均体重 ,并且促进母鼠乳腺增生。结论 :白芥子复方具有催乳作用。
OBJECTIVE:TO study the effect of white mustard seed-based mixture (WMM) in the promotion of lactation in rats.METHODS:Lactation of breast feeding rats,average weight of newborn rats,and growth of mammary glands in mother rats were measured.RESULTS:WMM markedly increased the lactation of breast feeding rats and average weight of newborn rats. Meanwhile,WMM could promote the growth of mamary glands in mother rats.CONCLUSIONS:WMM have the promotion of Lactation in rats.
