超超临界二次再热机组锅炉冷态空气动力场试验浅析 被引量:7

Experimental Research on Boiler Cold Aerodynamic Field of Ultra-supercritical Unit with Double Reheat Cycles

摘要 在1000MW二次再热机组四角切圆锅炉进行了冷态空气动力场试验,主要试验内容包括:相关的风速、风量测量装置标定;一次风速调平;二次风挡板调节特性试验;炉内动力场试验。试验结果表明:一次风速调平效果良好,风速偏差控制在较小允许误差范围内;二次风挡板调节特性能适应变负荷需求;炉内切圆状况符合燃烧器设计理念。 The exexperiment of aerodynamic field has been carried out in a 1 000 MW tangential firing boiler with double reheat cycles, including: calibration of air velocity and air flow; well-distributed adjustment for primary air velocity; regulation characteristic exexperiment of secondary air damper; aerodynamic field in furnace. The results show that: the primary air velocity has been well-distributed; the air velocity deviations was controled within small range; the regulation characteristic of secondary air damper was able to coordinate with load changing; and the tangential circle met the design concept of burner.
