摘要
【目的】研究旋流对冲锅炉的冷态动力场分布以及不同外二次风旋流挡板开度下贴壁风对锅炉流场的影响,可以指导电厂运行。【方法】本文对某燃煤电厂630 MW旋流对冲锅炉先开展了一次风调平及一、二次风标定,后进行了外二次风旋流挡板开度特性以及水冷壁侧墙贴壁风衰减特性测试。【结果】根据调平及标定结果,建议对B、D磨煤机一次风以及后墙三层A侧、后墙二层A侧、后墙四层B侧、后墙一层B侧二次风的表盘风量采用新的修正系数;根据外二次风旋流挡板开度特性试验结果,外二次风随挡板开度增大上部风速上升、下部风速下降、左右两侧风速增幅很小,且风速变化主要在30%~50%开度区间发生;水冷壁侧墙贴壁风在不同开度下距离壁面0.8 m处衰减较小(衰减51.87%~63.86%),可保证对水冷壁的有效保护,同时在1.6 m处衰减较大(衰减68.30%~84.07%),对锅炉主流空间的影响较小。【结论】本文所述方法可为同类机组试验提供参考。
[Objective]Studying the cold dynamic field distribution of the swirl opposed firing boiler and the influence of the wall air on the flow field of the boiler under different external secondary air swirl baffle openings can guide the operation of the power plant.[Methods]In this paper,the primary air leveling and primary and secondary air calibration were carried out for a 630 MW swirl opposed firing boiler in a coal-fired power plant,and then the opening characteristics of the external secondary air swirl baffle and the attenuation characteristics of the wall-attached wind on the side wall of the water wall were tested.[Results]According to the leveling and calibration results,it is recommended to adopt a new correction coefficient for the dial air volume of the primary air of the B and D coal mills and the secondary air on the three-layer A side of the back wall,the two-layer A side of the back wall,the four-layer B side of the back wall,and the one-layer B side of the back wall.According to the test results of the opening characteristics of the outer secondary air swirl baffle,the outer secondary air increases with the opening of the baffle,the upper wind speed increases,the lower wind speed decreases,and the wind speed on the left and right sides increases little,and the wind speed changes mainly in the 30%~50%opening range.The wall-attached wind on the side wall of the water wall has a small attenuation at 0.8 m away from the wall at different openings(attenuation of 51.87%-63.86%),which can ensure the effective protection of the water wall.At the same time,the attenuation is large at 1.6 m(attenuation of 68.30%-84.07%),which has little effect on the mainstream space of the boiler.[Conclusion]The method described in this paper can provide reference for similar unit tests.
