The design and operation of 1~# sintering flue gas purification equipment for Zhanjiang steel plant

摘要 活性炭多污染物协同高效控制净化技术适用于我国钢铁企业排放量大、成分复杂的烧结烟气净化处理过程,宝钢湛江钢铁基地1~#烧结机烟气净化选用了中冶长天国际工程有限责任公司具有完全自主知识产权的活性炭烟气净化技术。本文阐述了该技术的设计及运行,该技术的成功投运为我国烧结烟气多污染控制提供了有力支撑。 The high efficient control of activated carbon multi pollutant purification technology is suitable for handle sintering flue gas that has the characteristics of large amount and complex composition. The active carbon flue gas purification technology of Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co. , Ltd. was used to deal with the Flue gas purification of 1 # sintering machine at Baosteel Zhanjiang iron and steel base, and the technology has completely independent intellectual property rights. The design and operation of this technology was introduced in this paper. A strong support for the multi pollutions control of sintering flue gas was provided through the successful operation of this technology.
