摘要
随着我国工业化进程的不断加快,环境污染进一步恶化,作为污染排放大户,钢铁工业担负着重要的社会责任。钢铁工业烧结烟气含有大量的污染物,烟气治理是改善环境行之有效且应用广泛的手段,加强烧结烟气治理是我国钢铁工业实现可持续发展的关键之一。本文阐述了钢铁工业烧结工序的现状,分析了常用的烧结烟气脱硫技术及多污染物协同控制技术,提出了烧结烟气中水蒸气的危害及其治理的必要性,以期提高烧结烟气污染物控制效率。
With the continuous acceleration of China’s industrialization development, environmental pollution has further deteriorated.As a major source, the steel industry bears important social responsibilities.The flue gas of sintering in iron and steel industry contains a large number of pollutants.The flue gas treatment is an effective and widely used means to improve the environment. Strengthening the treatment of sintering flue gas is one of the keys to the sustainable development of China’s iron and steel industry.In this paper, the status of sintering process in iron and steel industry is described, the common desulfurization technology of sintering flue gas and the co-control technology of multiple pollutants are analyzed, the harm of water vapor in sintering flue gas and the necessity of its control are put forward in order to further improve the control efficiency of sintering flue gas pollutants.
