摘要
"一带一路"沿线省市区工业生态效率的研究对于推动我国绿色生态文明建设具有重要意义。本文运用DEA、Malmquist指数及Tobit模型对2011-2015年"一带一路"沿线17个省市区的工业生态效率时空变化特征及影响因素进行实证研究,结果表明:"一带一路"沿线省市区工业生态效率总体水平较低,呈现"东南区域>东北区域>西南区域>西北区域"的分布特点;区域整体工业生态效率呈良好改善态势,技术进步是工业生态效率提升的主要动力;西南区域在工业生态效率改善方面呈现明显的"追赶效应",东北区域的效率提升呈现后劲不足态势;经济发展水平、城市结构、对外经济和研发强度对于工业生态效率有显著影响。最后,从"一带一路"沿线的区域合作入手。
It is of great significance to promote the construction of green ecological civilization in our country. Based on DEA, Malmquist index and Tobit model, this paper makes an empirical study on the temporal and spatial characteristics of industrial eco-efficiency and the influencing factors of industrial eco-efficiency in 17 provinces and cities along the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" in 2011-2015. The results show that "the Belt and Road Initiatives" along the provinces and cities in the overall level of industrial ecological efficiency is low, showing "Southeast region〉Northeast region〉Southwest region〉 Northwest region" distribution characteristics. The industrial eco-efficiency of the urban and rural areas along the province is well improved, and the technological progress is the main driving force for the improvement of industrial ecological efficiency. In the southwest region, there is obvious "catch-up effect" in the improvement of industrial ecological efficiency, and the efficiency of the northeastern region shows the lack of stamina. The economic development level, the urban structure, the foreign economy and the intensity of R&D have significant effects on the industrial ecological efficiency. Finally, starting from the "the Beh and Road Initiatives" along the regional cooperation, it proposes to optimize the location choice, deepen capacity cooperation and technological innovation, strengthen infrastructure and trade liberalization and other countermeasures and suggestions.
