摘要
合作是排队系统提高服务水平、降低服务成本的一种重要方式.本文考虑外部市场,分别研究了共享顾客和共享资源的排队系统合作费用分配问题.利用合作博弈理论,建立了相应的排队系统合作博弈模型.设计了属于相应合作博弈核心中的费用分配方案,并讨论了费用分配方案的有效性和激励相容性.最后通过数值算例对所提出费用分配方案的性质做了进一步讨论.
Cooperation is an important for queueing systems to enhance service level and to reduce service cost. This paper considers the external market and studies the cost allocation for cooperation among queueing systems with customer pooling and resource pooling, respectively. Cooperative game theory is applied to deal with the cost allocation problem arising from cooperation in queueing system. Cost allocations that belong to the corresponding core of the cooperative game are designed. Then, the efficiency and incentive compatibility of the proposed cost allocations are discussed. Finally, a numerical example is presented to discuss the properties of the cost allocations.
