摘要
加工匹配性问题是制程过程当中常见的一种问题,对CCL和PCB行业来说感受最为深刻。匹配性的研究,有助于我们解决材料应用及PCB加工过程当中遇到的各种类型的问题。本文通过对匹配性理论总结,以及PCB加工应用当中实际案例问题的归纳分析,进一步诠释理论与实际之间的紧密联系,为各类加工应用问题提供一个全新的认识与解决思路。
Process matching problem is one of the most common problems in product manufacturing. In CCL and PCB processing, there are often more than one influence factors that can affect product quality, and process matching theory allows us to balance different influence factors and come up with the optimal solutions for many processing problems. This article summarizes the process matching theory by illustrating some real PCB processing cases, and provides us with a new way and concept for PCB problem study.
