摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定双氯芬酸钠原料的含量。方法色谱柱:C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-4%冰醋酸溶液(70:30);检测波长276nm;柱温:30℃。结果双氯芬酸钠在20~300μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),最小检出量为0.19μg,平均回收率为98.66%,RSD为0.87%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、专属性好、重复性好,可用于双氯芬酸钠原料的含量测定。
Objective to develop an HPLC method for the Determination of Diclofenac Sodium.Methods C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was adopted with Methanol-4% Aceticacid(70:30) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 276 nm and the column temperature was set at 30℃.Results Within the range from 20μg to 300μg(r=0.9999),diclofenac sodium presented a good relationship between the injected amounts and peak areas,with the minimum detectable amount of 0.19 ug.The average recovery was 98.66%,with the RSD of 0.87%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for the contents determination of diclofenan sodium.
