摘要
建立了制剂中双氯芬酸钠毛细管电泳高频电导分析法,并用于氯芬黄敏片及双氯芬酸钠肠溶片中双氯芬酸钠的测定.对电泳介质的种类、浓度以及操作电压和进样量等影响因素进行了优化.实验采用5 mmol/L乳酸为缓冲溶液,22.0 kV为分离电压,可在9 min内实现对双氯芬酸钠的分离检测.在最佳实验条件下,双氯芬酸钠的线性范围为0.4~100 μg/mL,检出限为0.1 μg/mL.成功地检测了氯芬黄敏片及双氯芬酸钠肠溶片的有效成分双氯芬酸钠,回收率为92.4%~103.0%.
A method based on capillary electrophoresis with high frequency conductivity detection was developed for the determination of diclofenac sodium in chlophenamine maleteat tablets and diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets. In this work, key factors for separation and determination were studied and the optimal analysis conditions were obtained in 5 mmol/L lactic acid buffer solution at a separation voltage of 22.0 kV. Under the chosen conditions, Diclofenac Sodium was eluted within 9 rain, the linear range for diclofenac sodium was 4.0 × 10^-1 - 1.0 × 10^2 μg/mL, and the limit of detection was 0.1 μg/mL. The recovery was 92.4% - 103.0%. The method was used for the analysis of dicolfenac sodium with satisfactory results.
