摘要
介绍了曼尼希缓蚀剂的缓蚀原理,总结了目前为止曼尼希碱的应用现状,复配方案,提出了今后探究曼尼希缓蚀剂的方向是利用协同复配和量子化学理论,实现缓蚀剂的耐温耐酸性及价廉环保的研究。
In the acidic medium of mannich base corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corro-sion of carbon steel,is a typical adsorption type corrosion inhibitor.The corrosion mechanism of Mannich corrosion inhibitor is introduced,and the application status of Mannich base and the compound scheme are summarized.The research direction of Mannich corrosion inhibitor is put forward by using synergistic effect and quantum chemistry theory To achieve high temperature and acid resistance,low cost of environmental protection of the new acid corrosion inhibitor.
