摘要
本文首先分析了钢铁酸化处理过程的缓蚀机理,其次对曼尼希碱合成原料的选择提出理论推断。从结构的角度对曼尼希碱与OP-10及SO复配过程中的缓蚀机理加以分析。对实验结果有了合理的解释,提出了自己的新观点,旨在充实完善缓蚀机理研究。
This paper firstly analyzes the acidification process of steel corrosion inhibition mechanism,the raw material for the synthesis of mannich base selection of proposed theories postulate.From the point of view of structure of mannich base with OP-10 and SO was in the process of corrosion mechanism analysis.The experimental results have a reasonable explanation,put forward one's own views.Aims to enrich and perfect the study on corrosion inhibition mechanism.
