颗粒粒径对PAM吸水树脂高温下吸水性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以丙烯酰胺为单体,四烯丙基氯化铵为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备了一种新型耐高温吸水树脂。对聚合条件进行优化并探讨了颗粒粒径对吸水树脂在高温下不同的溶液中吸水性能的影响。结果表明,最佳的聚合条件为:丙烯酰胺单体质量.分数为30%,过硫酸铵和四烯丙基氯化铵占单体丙烯酰胺的质量百分数分别是0.12%、0.12%。在不同的溶液中,颗粒粒径对吸水树脂高温下吸水性能的影响主要体现在吸水动力学方面,对吸水树脂吸水平衡影响不大。此外,制备的新型耐高温吸水树脂表现出优异的耐盐型能,150℃下在1 wt%的Na Cl溶液中吸水倍率可达81g/g。 A novel high temperature resistant superabsorbent was prepared based on acrylamide,using tetraallylammonium chloride as crosslinker,ammonium persulphate as initiator.The synthesis conditions were optimized and the effect of particle diameter on water absorbency at different solutions was studied.Results showed that the best synthesis conditions were:the monomer mass concentration was 30%,the mass ratios of ammonium persulphate to acrylamide,tetraallylammonium chloride to acrylamide were 0.12%,0.12%,respectively.In different solutions,the influence of particle size on the water absorption properties was mainly reflected in the hydrokinetics,which had little effect on the absorption balance of the absorbent resin.In addition,the above superabsorbent showed the excellent salt resistance.The swelling ratio could reach 81 g/g in 1 wt% NaCl solution at 150 ℃.
