摘要
利用两种溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了TiO_2粉体,并对TiO_2表面进行有机改性。结果表明:Ⅰ号工艺更好,在实验范围内,适宜的有机改性条件为:改性剂为月桂酸钠,改性时间为30 min、改性温度为40℃、有机改性剂的用量为10%、在环己烷中的亲油化度值为0.61 g。
In this paper,TiO2 powders were prepared by two different sol-gel methods and were modified by organic modifier.The results show that TiO2 powders prepared by the first sol-gel process is better than the second one.The optimum conditions for the modification of TiO2 powders are as follows:the organic modifier is sodium laurate,modification time is 30 min,modification temperature is 40 ℃,the amount of sodium laurate is 10%.Under these conditions,the degree of lipophilicity in cyclohexane is 0.61 g.
