摘要
随着经济社会的发展,人民生活水平的提高,对建筑的质量要求也不断提升,建筑出现渗漏等问题会影响建筑项目的结构与安全,降低使用性能和寿命,为此建筑物进行防渗漏的施工是必不可少的环节,先阐述了建筑项目工程施工中防渗漏施工的重要意义,再对建筑项目工程出现渗漏问题及其原因进行总结,最后分析防渗漏施工技术在建筑项目工程中的应用情况,提出改进防渗漏施工的措施和方法。
