摘要
房屋建筑在正常使用过程中出现渗漏现象,极易对建筑房屋的使用寿命产生影响,同时也会降低人们的居住舒适满意程度。因此,要做好房屋建筑的防渗漏施工工作,采取有针对性的施工措施,满足人们的居住需求。基于此针对房屋建筑施工中的防渗漏施工技术进行了简要阐述。
