摘要
19世纪末20世纪初荷兰汉学家高延的英文著作《中国宗教体系》,在西方国家引起了很大的反响。这部著作引用了大量的中国典籍片段,并对此进行了英译。为了更好地了解这部著作,华侨大学哲学与社会发展学院对这部6卷本的英文著作进行了翻译,对其中所引用的中国典籍片段进行了回译。笔者有幸参与了部分翻译,现详细地探讨一下典籍片段回译的方法。
In the late 19th century and early 20th century, the English work---The Religious System ofChina by Dutch Sinologist J J. M.de Groot, caused great repercussions in the western countries. The author quoted a large number of fragments of Chinese classics and translated them into English. In order to better understand this book, School of Philosophy and social development in Huaqiao University has translated the English work of 6 volumes, and translated fragments of Chinese classics back into Chinese. It was a great honor for me to participate in the translation, and now the ways of back translation needs to be discussed in detail.
