摘要
中国古典小说《水浒传》通过明快生动的语言勾勒出中国古代社会面貌,也折射出深厚的中国传统文化,将其外译对促进中外文化交流具有重要意义。法国学者翻译的《水浒传》法译本在中国典籍外译史有着重要地位,为我们研究如何将中国传统文化进行对外传播提供了很好的研究对象。文章将从深度翻译理论视角研究译者如何将深厚的中国古典文化展示给法语读者,并分析译者所采取的翻译策略。
Through the lively language, the chinese classical literature, Shui Hu Zhuan, draws the outline of the chinese ancient so- cieties and also reflects the profound chinese traditional culture. So, translating it in foreign languages is very important for the sino - foreign cultural exchanges. The french version of Shui Hu Zhuan （Au bord de l＇ eau） which has made the great achievements in the history of translation, provides a good example to study how to spread successfully the chinese culture to foreign countries. This paper attempts to analyze this french version from the perspective of thick translation in order to find some methods applied to the cultural translations.
