摘要
择业动机是记者从事新闻工作的"初心",体现了记者对职业身份的认知和预期。本文通过分析文献,展现了20世纪二三十年代民国时人选择从事新闻记者工作的多种心理动机,如为了养家糊口、为了优质生活、为了实现自我、为了贡献社会等。引入职业心理学的择业动机理论,论文分析了影响当时记者择业动机的多种因素,包括社会环境因素、行业需求因素、报酬福利因素、职业声望因素、职业兴趣因素等。以择业动机作为考察点,论文试图呈现处在职业化新时期的中国记者选择从事新闻工作的心理图景。
This essay through document analysis, presented the diversified career chosen motivations of Chinese journalists during 1920s to1930s, such as for payment, for a high-quality life, for self-fulfillment and for contributing to society. The author, by using the motivation theory in occupational psychology, further ana- lyzed the causes of those motivations such as the tide of unemployment, the huge demand for journalists, the salary factor, the occupational reputation and vocational interest of people at that time. Based on those analy- ses, this essay tried to present the mental pictures of Chinese journalists who were collectively at the new stage of professionalization during 1920s to1930s.
