摘要
北京政府时期大总统袁世凯的月工资,与同时期其他官员相比遥遥领先,这其中包括铁路局局长、海军舰队司令、外交大使、大理院院长、国务总理等;与农民相比,大总统的月收入可抵得农民777亩地的年收入;与同时期国外元首的年开支相比,也高于美国、法国、日本。袁世凯的工资支出水平严重脱离中国社会经济发展水平。
Yuan Shikai, President of the Beijing Government, had a very high monthly salary than the other officials,including director of the railway, navy admiral, diplomatic ambassadors, Dali Court dean, prime minister of state. Compared with the farmer, President＇s monthly income can be worth the farmer＇s land rev- enue of 777 mu;Compared with the other foreign leaders, including the United States, France, and Japan, his annual expenditure was higher among them. Yuan Shikai＇s salary expenditure was far beyond the level of Chinese social and economic development.
