摘要
目的:分析中药辅助治疗骨髓炎处方的用药规律。方法:通过中国知网、维普、万方数据库搜集2011—2016年治疗骨髓炎的中药处方,采用TCMISS中医传承辅助平台软件,对处方中各药物的使用频次、四气五味归经、归类以及药物之间的关联规则等进行分析和提取。结果:对190个中药处方进行分析,使用频率较高的中药有当归、甘草、黄芪、金银花、茯苓、白术、赤芍、熟地黄、党参等。药物的四气分布主要为温、平、凉、寒,五味分布主要为甘、苦、辛,归经分布主要为肝、脾、心、肺。药物归类分布主要为伞形科、豆科、菊科、毛茛科、忍冬科。结论:治疗骨髓炎常用中药有益气补血药、清热解毒药、活血化瘀药,治法主要是补益气血、清热解毒、活血化瘀,可佐以补益肝肾。
Objective： To analyze the medication role in herbal prescriptions for osteomyelitis. Methods： Herbal prescriptions for osteomyelitis were searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP and Wanfang database, from 2011 to 2016. We used Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system （TCMISS） to analyze the frequency, four natures, five flavors, meridian entry, plant classification of drugs, and the association rules between drugs. Results： Based on the analysis of 190 herbal prescriptions, herbs used with high frequency were Danggui （Radix Angelicae Sinensis）, Gnacao （Radix Glycyrrhizae）, Huangqi （Radix Astragal- i）, Jinyinhua （Flos Lonicerae）, Fuling （Poria, Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae）, Baizhu （Radix Paeoniae Rubra）, Chishao （Radix paeoniae rubra）, Shudihuang （Radix Rehmanniae Preparata） and Dangshen （Codonopsis pilosula）, et al. The four natures of drugs mainly consist of warmth, neutral, coOlness and cold. The five flavors of drugs were mainly consists of sweet, bitter and pungent. Meridian entrys mainly consist of liver, spleen, heart and lung. Plant classification of drugs mainly consists of Apiaceae, Leguminosae, Asteraceae, Ranunculaceae and Caprifoliaceae. Conclusion： The common Chinese medicines used for osteomyelitis include Qi-tonifying and blood-tonifying medicine, heat-clearing and detoxifying medicine, blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine. The methods of treatment for osteomyelitis are to tonify Qi and blood, clear heat and detoxicate, activate blood and resolve stasis, auxiliary tonifying liver and kidney.
