摘要
目的探讨使用国产血凝管和美国BD真空血凝管对血栓弹力图(TEG)各检测参数的影响。方法比较采用浙江康是公司和美国BD公司生产的两种真空抗凝管检测TEG各个参数的差异。结果经配对资料非参数秩和检验,TEG结果中的凝血反应时间(R值)、最大振幅(MA值)、MA后30min振幅减少百分率(LY30)参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。凝血形成时间(K值)、凝固角(Angle角)2个参数结果的差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同品牌血凝管对TEG结果检测有一定的影响,建议各个实验室确立自己TEG的参考范围。
Objective To investigate the effect of domestic coagulation tube and American BD vacuum coagulation tube on the results of TEG. Methods The differences of TEG parameters of two kinds of vacuum anticoagulant tubes produced by Zhejiang and BD were tested. Results Data of R, MA and LY30 in the TEG results were statistically significant by paired data nonparametric rank sum test （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference between K and Angle parameters （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Different brands of coagulation tubes have some influence on the detection of TEG results, which suggests that each laboratory should establish the reference range of TEG.
