摘要
目的规范血标本采集送检流程,强化血标本的质量控制。方法对全院不合格血标本、差错及相关问题进行分析归纳,规范血标本采集送检流程,在临床进行培训、试点,应用完善并在全院推广使用。结果不合格标本率显著降低,杜绝差错,患者满意度提高,临床与检验科关系改善。结论规范血标本采集送检流程可有效提高血标本质量。
Objective To standardize the collection and delivery protocol of blood samples and strengthen the quality control of blood samples. Methods The unqualified blood samples and errors in blood collection and deliver）, were retrospectively analyzed. Then ,the collection and delivery protocol of blood samples was standardized and applied in the hospital. Results This practice significantly decreased the rate of unqualified blood samples, eliminated the errors in the collec- tion and delivery of blood samples, increased patients＇ satisfaction and harmonized the relationship between clinical departments and clinical lab. Conclusion The standardized collection and delivery protocol of blood samples can effectively improve the quality of blood samples.
