摘要
通过就业行业对性别工资差异影响机制的理论分析,根据2013年流动人口动态监测数据,采用Appleton分解法实证分析农民工行业分布对性别工资差异的影响,研究发现,男女农民工存在一定程度的行业隔离,相对于男性农民工而言,女性农民工较多集中在劳动密集型低薪行业工作;农民工性别工资差异既包括行业间所产生的差异,也包括行业内所产生的差异,其中主要是由行业内男女不同酬和行业间进入时性别歧视引起,行业隔离所产生的性别工资差异能解释总差异的23.2%。
