摘要
目的了解三甲中医院门诊中药用药咨询的方向,为患者提供更优质的药学服务。方法回顾性分析三甲中医院2015年1月-2016年12月门诊用药698例咨询记录。结果用药咨询内容最多的是中药的煎煮及服用方法占40.7%;其次是中药知识理论咨询占22.3%。结论患者注重中药的使用方法,指导患者正确使用中药是药学服务的目标。
Objective To understand the direction of Chinese medicine outpatient consultation in a top tertiary hospital of TCM,and to provide patients with better quality of pharmaceutical services. Methods 698 outpatient traditional Chinese medicine consultation in a top tertiary hospital of TCM from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Traditional Chinese medicine decoction and methods of taking medicine were the most（ 40. 7%） in medication consultation; Followed traditional Chinese medicine theory knowledge consulting was accounting for 22. 3%. Conclusion Patients pay attention to the use of traditional Chinese medicine,to guide the correct use of traditional Chinese medicine in patients is the goal of pharmaceutical care.
