摘要
中医诊断学是一门实践操作性很强的临床基础课,学会辨证的基本方法是该门课程的重要教学目的之一。根据其课程设置特点,建立教学病案库是非常重要的,典型病案在辨证实训教学中的应用能够明显提高教学效果和学生的临床辨证思维能力。
Diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine is a clinical basic course with strongly practical oprations. One of the important teaching aims of the course is to learn the basic method of syndrome differentiation. According to the characteristics of curriculum, it is very important to set up the practical case database of medical record,the application of the typical medical records in the syndrome differentiation practice teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect and the students ＇ ability of syndrome differentiation thinking.
