摘要
通过分析我院2008～2012年病历档案的利用情况，发现病历档案利用率逐年提高，其中利用最多的是各类保险，其次是医院管理、科研活动等。随着病历档案信息资源的广泛利用，病案管理人员应该通过转变病案管理模式，提升服务意识，为病历档案资源宝库建立各类索引，定期开展病案利用宣传活动等方式更好地挖掘病历档案的价值。
By analyzing the applying situation of medical record during 2008 to 2012, the results showed that the total utilization ratio was improved year after year. The using rate of medical record as follows：the insurance,scientific research,hospital management. With development and wide application of the medical record,and in order to make better use of medical record,the Medical record practitioners should change the management mode,improve awareness of service and build All kinds of index.
