牛磺酸对血小板聚集和实验性血栓形成的影响 被引量:3

摘要 牛磺酸体外实验明显抑制ADP、AA及胶原诱导的血小板聚集并呈剂量—效应依赖关系;在体实验亦显示有抑制血小板聚集的作用。牛磺酸对AA诱导血小板生成TXA_2无明显的影响,但能抑制胶原诱导TXA_2的生成。抑制内源性AA释放进而抑制TXA_2生成可能是其抗血小板聚集机理之一。牛磷酸对PGI_2的生成无明显的影响,对小鼠静注ADP及胶原肾上腺素复合液所致血栓形成死亡有明显的抑制作用。 In vitro taurine inhibited rat platelet aggregationwas induced by ADP, arachidonic acid and collagenin a dosedependent manner. In in mvo the inhibitionof the peatlet aggregation by the drug was also ob-served. TXA_2 generation in PRP treated by taurinewas not altered in AA-induced group, but that wasobviously decreased in collagen-induced group. It issuggested that taurine suppressed the release of en-dogenous AA and the generation of TXA_2 stimulatedby collagen, that may be one of the mechanisms re-lated to its action on platelet aggregation. Taurine didnot influence PGI_2 synthesis in rats, it obviously pre-vented the death due to thrombosis by platelet aggre-gated in mice.
