摘要
目的:对不同厂家牡丹皮配方颗粒的质量进行分析。方法:按照2015年版《中国药典》一部颗粒剂要求对6个不同厂家的样品进行粒度、水分、溶化性、装量、药物引湿性、浸出物和含量进行测定,考察其质量。结果:6个厂家样品粒度、水分、溶化性、装量均符合规定,但不同厂家样品的浸出物、含量差距较大。结论:不同厂家的牡丹皮配方颗粒质量存在较大差距,临床用药须加以注意。
Objective： To analyze and compare the quality of Cortex Moutan formula granule with different manufacturers.Methods： Accordance with the ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ 2015 quality standards for six different manufacturers particle size,moisture,dissolubility,weight,drug induced moisture,extraction and content,to examine its quality.Results： The particle size,moisture content,melting capacity and loading amount of the 6 factories all conform to the regulations,but there is a big difference between the samples and the content of the samples from different factories.Conclusion： There is a big gap in the quality of Cortex Moutan formula granule from different manufacturers,so attention should be paid to the clinical use of Cortex Moutan formula granule.
